CONNECT, LEARN AND LEAD

We have designed the Platinum+ Emerging Leaders membership specifically to respond to the challenges facing APS5 - EL1 women in the workplace. This 12-month program engages mid-career women and gender diverse people to develop their confidence, capabilities and connections.

Platinum+ Emerging Leaders is designed to support participants in:

• Building self-awareness – participants reflect on their career path and leadership style to identify strengths, development priorities, and articulate their goals
• Building networks – peer-learning and small group mentoring provide opportunities to build professional networks across a range of industries 
• Building capability – structured learning is complemented with leadership resources to hone skills and build capability in key areas
• Platinum+ Emerging Leaders is delivered virtually to maximise accessibility and flexibility. This allows participants to engage around their work and scale engagement up or down as needed. 

As an ‘always on’ membership, Platinum+ Emerging Leaders offers a blend of scheduled program delivery, networking and a vast repository of professional development content through FW’s website and members-only community.
