The first woman CEO of an Australian ‘big four’ bank, Gail Kelly is renowned for innovative leadership. At Westpac, and before that St George, Kelly oversaw both cultural change and increased profitability.

After retiring from her impressive 35-year banking career in 2015, Kelly now volunteers her time as an ambassador for CARE Australia. CARE are an international aid organisation that helps women and girls who are living in poverty.
