Did you sit down and make a pros and cons list? Talk the decision through with your mentor? Check in with your gut?

“Intuition is essentially your gut wisdom,” explains London-based executive coach and psychologist Dr Perpetua Neo. “Remember when you last said, ‘I knew that person was bad from the start but I rationalised it away?’ That’s essentially your intuition talking.”
