But I find that one of the best treatments is action and trying to take back any control we do have, however small.“Combining that with the best thing about being a journalist: having a platform from which to spread a positive message – I wanted to be a supportive, helpful and practical voice for anyone feeling uncertain and wanting to be more sustainable.
