Tess Robinson doesn’t believe in overnight success.

The creative director and founder of creative agency Smack Bang Designs believes there are many hard years in the making of every ‘overnight success’. Her ‘overnight success’ started when she was 22-years-old, having just dropped out of her fourth university degree. Instead of choosing another or starting her career working for someone else, Robinson founded Smack Bang Designs without any industry experience.
