Leadership: Your Questions Answered is Future Women's answer to your career conundrums.
Each fortnight, experienced and award-winning leaders, Helen McCabe and Jamila Rizvi will respond to your workplace challenges live in the Future Women Members-Only Facebook group. They’re like the highly qualified best mate you never had, or supportive sister, who doesn’t borrow your stuff.
Too often we’re elevated to leadership roles at work but not given the tools to succeed. In Leadership: Your Questions Answered, we’ll help fill in some of those blanks for you and share new techniques for better leadership.
Your Future Women program is an “always on” membership – which means you will get access to lots of different events, mentoring sessions, panel discussions and interviews with thought leaders throughout the year.
We have deliberately designed the program this way, so you can pick and choose what is most relevant to you. There will also be new panels, interviews and webinars added throughout the year.
However, there are a few core events we strongly encourage you to attend.

Virtual Event
A core component of the Platinum+: Emerging Leaders program.
Led by a team of leadership experts, the FW Masterclass - Leadership: Values, Voice and Influence - comprises of two half day interactive workshops that will revolutionise the way participants think about leadership.
Peer Learning Groups and Mentoring
ALWAYS ON
Virtual Networking
As part of your membership, we encourage you to attend at least one Peer Learning Group session and one Small Group Mentoring session throughout the year.
Peer Learning Groups, which you will be invited to attend every two months, are virtual networking sessions, where you will have the opportunity to expand your professional networks by meeting other powerhouse participants.
In small group mentoring sessions,which you will be invited to attend four times a year, members have the opportunity to connect with expert mentors and an advisory board of like-minded women to solve a professional challenge.

Platinum+ Emerging Leader members receive an in-person or virtual ticket to the Future Women Leadership Summit. The next Leadership Summit will be in March 2024.

LEADERSHIP SUMMIT
FW MASTERCLASS

GROUP MENTORING
Connect with an expert mentor and advisory board of like-minded women to solve a professional challenge. Your mentor will guide you to identify your strengths, opportunities and the immediate steps you can take to overcome this hurdle. Meet the mentors and register for an upcoming session.
PEER LEARNING
Peer Learning Groups, which you will be invited to attend every two months, are virtual networking sessions, where you will have the opportunity to expand your professional networks by meeting other powerhouse participants.
LINKEDIN COMMUNITY
LinkedIn is a professional networking platform that is about much more than finding work. It is a serious forum for establishing industry credibility and identifying opportunities for collaboration. In our private community, Platinum+ Emerging Leader members are supported to hone their digital skills and craft an online persona with impact.
FACEBOOK COMMUNITY
All Future Women members are invited to join our exclusive Facebook community. It is a place for members to share ideas, articles, and experiences. Plus, tune in to our popular live broadcasts of The Download and FW Live as we speak with influential leaders.
