WHAT IS CHANGE MAKERS?

Change Makers provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of how diverse and inclusive workplaces benefit individuals, organisations and teams. This intensive, one- or two-day live program, is delivered online by expert facilitators and subject matter experts-including presenting partners Marque Lawyers and Diversity Partners.

The program features curated modules that cover essential topics, including formal training on workplace laws regarding sexual harassment and practical insights on performance review bias.

Participants will engage in interactive exercises and active participation, developing their own strategies for fostering more inclusive and productive workplaces. The program also includes breakout rooms and Q&A sessions, allowing for engaging and sometimes difficult conversations in a psychologically safe environment.

THE TEAM BEHIND CHANGE MAKERS

We work in consultation with business leaders, government heads of department, human resources professionals and the former Sex Discrimination Commissioner Kate Jenkins to create a course that will result in real change. The course has been developed by:

Ruby Leahy Gatfield is FW's Head of Research and Insights. She is a highly respected researcher, evaluator, and facilitator, with a passion for driving gender equality through research and evidence.

Wes Rogers is the Head of Workplace Relations and Discrimination at Marque Lawyers. Wes is an expert in employment contracts, terminations, litigation and workplace investigations, and delivers the 'Gendered harassment in the workplace' module.

Dr Katie Spearritt is CEO and Founder of Diversity Partners, a highly respected professional services firm providing consulting advice to organisations on diversity, flexibility, and inclusive leadership in Australia and Asia.
