What is Change Makers?

Change Makers is an intensive, one-day leadership program delivered online.

The course is designed for men who want to become leaders. Change Makers assists in understanding how a diverse and inclusive workplace can benefit them, the organisation they work for and the teams they work in. This skill set is crucial to performing as a top-tier manager in Australian workplaces. This is because leaders who understand diversity and inclusion build more profitable and resilient workplaces.

The program:

• Provides formal training on workplace laws around sexual harassment, practical topics like performance review bias, and tips for increasing your ability to be an inclusive and effective leader
• Interactive exercises and active participation designed to guide participants to develop their own practical strategies for building more inclusive and productive workplaces
• Regular break-out rooms and large group Q&A sessions for engaging (and sometimes difficult) conversations in a psychologically safe space
